The workshop is designed around specific topics and focuses on a stage-by-stage growth strategy for entrepreneurs. The stages are divided into three main categories: Start, Experience, and Expert. It focuses on building ourselves from an idea into real business owners through expert knowledge.
Jørgen is a seasoned governance, compliance, and strategy expert with global experience in consulting and venture building. As Co-Founder of Eferio Communications, he brings deep insight into structuring sustainable, scalable ventures and creating value through trusted partnerships.
MyBelly ApS was founded in 2021 by the designer Angela Namere. In 2018, she graduated from the Design School in Kolding and has subsequently designed clothes for Change Lingerie and LegoWear, clothes for active children. However, with a family expansion came a new idea: "When I became pregnant, it dawned on me that the selection of training clothes for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers was almost non-existent. I researched and found out that I was by no means the only one missing sports and swimwear that has the necessary quality, strength, support, and comfort and at the same time makes you look brand new.” With experience in both elegant lingerie and practical children's clothing, Angela Namere created a series of designs for sports and swimwear. Design where there is both space for the stomach and the possibility of breastfeeding, as well as thinking about ongoing changes in fit and optimal comfort in the choice of materials and placement of stitching and buckles. "It was and is my goal to design functional and aesthetically beautiful products, so that pregnant and new mothers can continue to train carefree and without discomfort from the clothes." The first designs were an immediate success. An entire fitness team bought the first products, and 'MyBelly ApS' was founded in the spring of 2021.
Lydia is a purpose-driven leader at Shobe Beauty and Noole Rengøring Services, two service-based businesses operating in Denmark. Her professional journey began early and has been shaped by hands-on experience, responsibility, and leadership developed under limited resources. From hair braiding and food preparation to organizing small-scale markets, Lydia learned early the value of patience, quality, and customer care. These experiences built a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and value creation—principles that continue to define her work today. Today, Lydia leads teams in both businesses, which are grounded in integrity, consistency, and quality. Through Shobe Beauty, she provides professional braiding and Afro hairstyle services for all genders and all ages. Through Noole Rengøring Services, she delivers reliable cleaning solutions for private households, offices, and small, medium, and large companies. Her work reflects a strong belief that meaningful service, when guided by purpose, creates sustainable value.
Bence brings 3 years of experience from Dagrofa in the fruit and green section. As an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for healthy food, he drives business strategy and investment decisions that fuel our growth.
